02 / Our sourcing journey
Closer to the origin.
Our Bihar journey included farmer meetings in Saharsa and Purnia and a visit to the makhana research centre in Darbhanga. Seeing the crop, seeds and traditional processing helped us appreciate the people and craft behind each handful.
